do ads and make them pay your taxes. how brilliant is this. the Mexican government will take some of the work, but hey, I'll do some ads for them. no worries. The only I now have to do before benefit from this brilliant law is first of all to move to Mexico. Secondly, to convince the Mexican government that ads are art. Easy.
